Stripping Trim before Painting

As a novice, many things were learned while doing

the paint job.  Here is the beginner's unsightly paint ridge

that happened because the front trim was not removed, and

the paint collected and pooled right up to the trim.

Actuallly,  this particular piece of trim was very easy to remove.

It only took a rachet and about 7 nuts, and the trim was off.

After sanding off the paint ridge, and re-rollering the area, it was much nicer,

as you can see!

Do you want to resand away more paint, and re-roller the area again?  Sounds like a lot of work, already!

So look carefully, before and see what can be easily taken off for a super smooth and professional looking job!
